PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom laser engraved orders and custom bone handle orders require additional processing time of 7-14 business days depending on complexity. We will contact you if there are any delays with your order.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing depending on your location.

TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at info@cochranknifecompany.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will make it right.

THE FOR-LIFE PROMISE — RETURN SHIPPING

When you send a knife back to us for sharpening under The For-Life Promise we pay the return shipping back to you. You are responsible for shipping the knife to us. Pack your knife safely and ship to:
