Refund policy

At Cochran Knife Company we stand behind every knife we make with The For-Life Promise. Your satisfaction is important to us.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unmodified knives in original condition with original packaging. Custom engraved knives and custom bone handle knives are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

To initiate a return contact us at info@cochranknifecompany.com or call 541-401-2703. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned knife we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE KNIVES

If your knife arrives damaged or with a defect contact us immediately at info@cochranknifecompany.com with photos of the damage. We will replace or repair it at no charge under The For-Life Promise.

THE FOR-LIFE PROMISE

All Cochran knives are covered by The For-Life Promise — free lifetime sharpening with free return shipping, and repair or replacement of any defect from normal use. This promise has no expiration and passes with the knife when given as a gift. See our For-Life Promise page for full details.

ENGRAVED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom laser engraved knives and custom bone handle orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
